I don't know. I just got a call from him a couple days ago asking for help-- I went to heal him and did what I could, but I can't re-grow limbs or anything.

I didn't ask what happened, an' what he does now is up to him... there's plenty of prosthetic options, not to mention if there's someone with the power to regrow his arm. You'd have to talk to him about it.

When I heal people... I can't take away the pain, and healing them sometimes hurts them even more. Pucci was screaming when I was just tryin' to do it enough to stop him bleeding...

[ odin wants to be a brat and argue that he's closer to pucci than archie is so he should totally know everything about the dude always forever always, but he A: doesn't know if that's true, B: doesn't want to be an asshole and C: is immediately distracted by more important things. he folds his arms over his chest. ]

... That doesn't mean you aren't cut out for healing. It just means you need to recalibrate. Limit the type of wounds you focus on. You could help a lot of people, if you focus on those who are unconscious and can't feel pain, or-- people with internal injuries, things like that, rather than those with open surface damage.

Internal injuries would still hurt. [he shakes his head.] I just... hate hurting people. Even if it's necessary to help them-- like it stopped Pucci bleeding. I can't just not use this healing power, too. That wouldn't be right. I don't know. I think I should just figure out a way to switch off and suck it up.

I did warn them, but at the same time I feel like if I'm the only one there for whatever reason they'll be obliged to say yes. I guess I'll need to talk to Angela to find out what the most ethical way to do that is...

Get a license to carry anesthetic around with you everywhere you go and just jab people in the side with a needle every time you gotta mess with 'em? Would anesthetic even work on imports when we have nanites in our system?
